So we've created the hype - now we take care of the sales process from start to finish.
To start with we accompany every viewing once we have qualified that the potential buyer is in a position to consider your home! Why? Because we are the trained and experienced sales people and we aren't here to simply market your home on a property portal and then expect you to sell it.

That's why you use an agent and yet so many agents leave the crucial part of the viewing down to the home owner.

4 Personal negotiations
When the time comes to negotiate the sale our team work to ensure you achieve the outcome and sale price that you are needing. We aren't just order takers passing offers backwards and forwards between parties in the hope that the buyer increases and the home owner accepts. We have years of experience in negotiations and sales skills which is needed even more so in today's moving market. Most of our homes sales are undertaken in person with the home owner present so you can witness this in action and see how hard we work to achieve the sale for you.
